Mr. Wallner will assume supervisory responsibility for the Company's entire portfolio of Canadian operations and also will lead Canadian business development efforts.

With a parking industry career spanning twenty years, Mr. Wallner most recently served as chief operating officer of Vancouver based Imperial Parking. A native of Oakville, Ontario, Mr. Wallner is a past co-chairman of the Canadian Parking Association, Pacific Chapter, and previously also has been a member of the National Parking Association, BOMA International and Vancouver Board of Trade.
